FAQ's and Policies

What Does My Rental Price Include?
Cool T-shirt, delivery and pick up of the unit to your specific event location in our delivery
area. We do not charge for delivery in our standard area.
What is the Length of Time for the Rental of Each Piece of Equipment?
Pricing is based on an all day rental. We deliver before your event starts and pick-up in the evening. We are flexible so just call if you need something other than this.
Do you deliver and set-up?
Yes! Big Frog Bounce Houses & More delivers the equipment, sets it up and returns to take it down at the end of your rental period. Sorry, for safety reasons, we do not allow customer pick up.
Why are there so many different names for moonwalks and bounce houses?
There are different names only because different people call them different things. Some names for them are: moonwalks, bouncers, inflatables, spacewalks, bounce houses, jumpers, air jumps, and moonbounces.
What kind of special equipment is required?
Big Frog Bounce Houses & More supplies all necessary equipment.
Are You Insured?
Of Course! We are insured through Interstate Insurance Group, an A rated company.
What type of electrical outlet do I need?
Each inflatable blower runs off of a regular 110V, 20amp circuit outlet. Please have the set-up location cleared of rocks, sticks, debris and/or other sharp objects.
What type of surface can the equipment be placed on?
Bounce houses can be placed on grass, pavement, hardwood floors or low carpeting. Indoor or Outdoor. Grass is the preferred outdoor set-up location for the safety of the users. Big Frog Bounce House's drivers will not set-up on dirt, rocks or any sharp objects.
Are reservations necessary?
No! Big Frog Bounce Houses & More suggests you call at least 3 to 5 weeks ahead of time to get the best selection. But it may also be possible to get a last minute order.
Is there a deposit required?
Sometimes. During the busier times of the year, we will require a deposit on popular items. Payment needs to be made before delivery, unless you are paying by check or cash. If for any reason you must cancel your reservation and you have already paid, you can reschedule or we will refund your payment unless a deposit was required.
Is there a delivery fee in addition to the rental fee?
No! Big Frog Bounce Houses & More will never charge you for delivery in our standard area. Outside this area there is a $35 minimum charge.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Yes! Our contract is standard for the industry and must be signed before the unit is set up.
Do I have to clean the inflatable?
Only if it has anything other than some grass inside such as balloons, socks, or party favors.
What can not go in the inflatable.
No food, drinks, shoes, gum, silly string, or confetti is allowed inside the inflatable.
How much room do I need?
The amount of room varies between each moonwalk. A minimum of 2 feet on all four sides is required. Moonwalks must be away from fences, pools, play sets, overhead utility lines, low hanging tree branches and any other permanent standing structures. Vertical clearance measurements are about 15 feet for moonwalks and 22 feet for slides. We would be happy to discuss space requirements when you make your reservation.
What kind of supervision is necessary?
All of our equipment requires adult supervision at all times! The prices for our equipment rentals assume that you, the customer, will provide competent adult supervision for the safety of the users. Please review our Rental Agreement for the rules of use.
What if it rains?
Big Frog Bounce Houses & More operates rain or shine. You are welcome to reschedule or cancel if you think the weather will not cooperate. However, once the rain has stopped, dry it off with a clean towel and it is safe to continue bouncing. It is not safe to bounce under high winds (25 mph or higher), thunder or lightning. During such conditions, the unit must be turned off. We also watch weather conditions and reserve the right to cancel a booking if the conditions are not safe. **Any downpour, lightning or high winds are unsafe conditions for operation.
What is your cancellation policy?
If for any reason you need to cancel, your payments will be refunded unless we required a deposit. Please give us as much advance notice as possible.
Is the equipment safe? Will you teach me how to run it properly?
Big Frog Bounce Houses & More keeps it's equipment in excellent working condition. Our units are constructed and set up to be as safe as possible. Our driver will explain the operating rules and guidelines to you when they set-up the equipment. As with any vigorous activity, adult supervision and following the safety guidelines is important to ensure everyone's safety. A copy of the rules will be given to you with your receipt, and Big Frog Bounce Houses & More customer service is always reachable by phone at any time during your event if a question arises.
Is your equipment clean?
Definitely! All of Big Frog Bounce Houses & More's units are cleaned after each use, and disinfected either at cleaning or set up. Big Frog Bounce Houses & More is committed to making sure that you have a clean, healthy and safe environment in which to play.
How do I make a reservation?
Do Reservations are taken by phone or email. When reserving a moonwalk or slide, please have the following information ready: your name, address where unit will be delivered to, phone number where you can be reached and the type of surface the unit will be setup on.
What if I want to change my reservation?
Please contact us if your needs change, we are happy to assist you in anyway possible.
When do I pay for my rental?
If paying by debit or credit card this will need to be taken care of before delivery. Cash or check at delivery is also ok. When you reserve your unit, we will make payment arrangements then. The unit will not be setup until full payment has been received.
How can I pay for my rental?
Big Frog Bounce Houses & More gladly accepts cash, money orders, checks, Paypal, and debit/credit cards. A $25 charge applies for any returned items.
Can they be set-up indoors?
Yes! Moonwalks can be set-up indoors providing there is enough ceiling clearance. 15 feet vertical clearance minimum is needed for moonwalks and 22 feet is needed for slides. Gyms, auditoriums and other large halls are perfect.
Can they be set-up in parks?
Yes! Each city has different rules. Some parks require a permit or an insurance binder. If a permit is required, it is your responsibility to obtain it. We will provide an insurance binder at no charge. Please check with the cities Parks and Recreation Department for there regulations.
How many kids can play at once?
This depends on the ages and sizes of the children. Generally speaking, the moonwalk can accommodate 4-10 children of the same size/age group at one time. Chaperons should limit the number of larger children. View our Rental Agreement for the exact number of each age group.
Does it get hot inside of the moonwalk?
It is not any warmer or cooler in the bounce house than outside of it. The jumping and playing are what really get you warmed up, so drink plenty of water.
My yard slopes a bit, will that be O.K?
A slight slope is not a problem. If the area slopes more than a little, we may request an alternate location. Safety is the most important consideration for your set-up area. Please have an alternate location in mind.
What time do you deliver and pick-up the moonwalk?
The driver may arrive any time after 7:00AM up to your scheduled party time for set-up. The Big Frog Bounce Houses & More driver will arrive to pick-up the moonwalk after your rental period is complete. The driver will be able to give you an estimated pick up time when he sets up the inflatable.

Can we pick-up the moonwalk ourselves?
No! Big Frog Bounce Houses & More does not allow for this since our insurance does not cover this.
